All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products. While I don’t offer these solutions, I encourage you to reach out with concerns as I will handle these situations case-by-case so we can hopefully figure out another possible solutions.

Shipping

Customizable products - These product are typically created once an order is placed, so order processing time will be 7-14 days. All other products (EXCEPT FOR CUSTOM ORDERS) - These products are already created so order processing time is 2-4 days.

Order Fulfillment

Once your order is shipped I will provide a confirmation and tracking number to your provided email, once this is completed your product is out of my hands and I release all responsibility.

Repair

You may reach out with a repair request but it is HIGHLY unlikely I will accept. I understand accidents happen and I would offer this service if I could, but this particular craft isn’t kind to repairs once production is complete. Continue reading the to learn more.

• Wire-wrapped jewelry involves intricate designs with multiple layers and interwoven wires. Repairing a specific area without affecting the entire piece can be, at best, very difficult and time consuming.

• Work-Hardened Wire - During the creation of a wire-wrapped pendant, the wire is usually manipulated extensively, leading to hardening. This means the wire becomes more rigid and less malleable, making it harder to reshape without causing breakage or further damage.

• Risk of Distortion - Attempting to repair or adjust one section of the wire can inadvertently distort or loosen other parts of the design. Maintaining the original aesthetic and structural integrity of the piece can be challenging.

• Limited Access - The overlapping and weaving of wires can limit access to specific areas that need repair.
